SHIPPING & RETURNES
We ship our products to over 150 countries around the world.
We will always try and get your order to you as fast as possible after you place your order (subject to the order having been accepted by us as will be confirmed to you), normally within 2 working days or less if the goods are in stock.
We ship internationally via Fedex， NZ Post, and domestically (New Zealand) via passtheparcel Couriers. Please notice， all the items will be specify availability on the product page。
For USA & Canada customers, we offer a flat rate USD$33 for blank and rod， for rod and reel combo，the shipping rate is USD38，via our web store
For Australia customers, we offer a flat rate USD35 shipping via our web store
For Domestic customers in New Zealand， the order over NZ100， will be free of charge，under NZD$100 order，the cost will be NZD5-20 depends the items，combination shipment is also available。
For the rest of the world, our shipping rate is USD45 plus USD2.50 per rod blank and USD8 per tube.
i.e an order of 2 rods and 1 tube will be USD45 + 2 x USD2.50 + 1 x USD8.00 = USD 45.50.
Shipping charges are door to door and include insurance. Our rates do not cover any sales taxes or duties that the product may incur. This is for items
under 1.4m, over 1.4M, oversize charge will be apply.
RETURN & EXCHANGE Warranty&Repair POLICY
Return & Exchange
If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased from our site, return or exchange it to us within 30 days after purchase, less any shipping fees incurred by the seller or purchaser. If you are returning items that were ordered as part of a promotional discount or were bundled, we will gladly accept the return; however, the value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from your reimbursement.
We do not require a "return authorization but you may wish to contact us prior to returning the merchandise if you have any questions about a return or exchange.
Note the following:
1.All returns and exchanges must be new and unused, in the original packaging and contain all original parts and accessories and with proof of receipt include the original invoice and package tracking number.
2.Shipping for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer.
3.It generally takes 5 to 7 business days to process the returns and exchanges if the item is received.
4.We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange. Therefore we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper.
5.We cannot be held responsible for damage to items resulting from improper use not in accordance with listed directions or established practice
6.Once used, it cannot be returned and if defective or damaged must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
If a return is requested you will receive an email confirmation that the return has been processed.
If you need to exchange an item, you will receive an email confirmation that the new item(s) have been shipped to you.
If a product arrives damaged or your order is incorrect in any way, please contact customer service for assistance.
Speedline reserves the sole right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has made previous multiple returns or if the product has been used. In addition, we will not accept orders from customers that have demonstrated a high incidence of returns after purchase.
Warranty and Repairs
The SPEEDLINE rod and Blanks warranty covers any defection in workmanship and materials. The warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod or blank and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. It does not cover fire, theft, missing sections, accidents and / or damage related to over loading, external damage that eventually causes a failure, misuse, intentional breakage, modification or customization.
If your rod has been fished successfully on its first a couple of loaded casting, then it’s good to go forever. Any future breakages are unlikely to be a manufacturing fault.
For the repair service， if your rod is broken in an unfortunate accident. There is a small administrative fee of USD41 to cover your repair. We’ve made it as quick and painless as we can to get your blank fixed， please contact with us via Email。
